Books about Porn Addiction

There's Your Brain on Porn written by Gary Wilson and his wife.
Secondly, the Hacking of the American Mind by Dr. Robert Lustig, which studies addictions in general.

Both of these are great if you want to get some insight into how porn addiction rewires the nervous system. I'm sure there are others but these are a great start.

As previously mentioned ... Gary Wilson's "Your Brain On Porn" is a gold mine of information. I can't think of a single book that addresses it as effectively. There are a lot of other great books that address general sex addiction (Patrick Carnes' "Out of the Shadows" is virtually required reading at most inpatient treatment centers), but Gary Wilson's is the only book I know of that addresses porn specifically.
