Can't go wrong wrong with the classic How to Win Friends and Influence Others. Just finishing Choose Yourself which is a good self help. I also recommend The Game by Neil Strauss for help with women. It really breaks down every aspect of what women want and tells a good story.

I read a lot of self development. What area are you looking to explore?

Monster of Florence by Mario Spezi, etc.

Doesn't exactly fall in the self-improvement genre, though...
