Bikini photos on social media can still be as addicting as hardcore porn.

It's been a difficult road and still is. 20 years of addiction, but things are now on the improve.

Adding my two cents: I believe that intention plays a big role in this. My personal hangup is watching porn. So If I go online and go a search for something risque, and it could be anything really, and what I see is supplying me with that urge to masturbate, and then I ultimately do, then I think that this is a relapse. I dont believe that being on pornhub is the only fail here. In my opinion that would be more honest. I think we all know what is happening when it is happening. If your playing with your addiction and trying not to call it what it is because its not a specific site, your bullshitting yourself and stepping back from your recovery. I think that the three second rule as it applies to seeing an attractive woman or an image is a great strategy. Fixating on anything real or otherwise for me will cause a good deal of suffering. I have to be vigilant all the time and forcibly redirect my thoughts and attention.
