i just joined NoFap because I am tired of being addicted to porn/masturbation. This has been going on for eight years now and has affected me physically and psychologically. My penis is bent to the left and almost feels displaced. I feel that my penis use to be slightly larger, but because of this bend it is now smaller. When I am having sexual intercourse, it takes me much longer to cum because of how much I have "desensitized" my penis because of masturbation. I hate that I am this way, I hate what porn has turned me into, and I hate that I am ruining my body that God have to me. I need help severely and don't how to overcome this addiction. If anyone can offer some words of advice on how to deal with the physical aspect and psychological aspect, I would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding the physical aspect, is the bent congenital? If not, you may have peyronies disease. If thats the case, do your research, its not exactly curable but it can be amenized.

As for the psychological aspect, i know it can be hard at times man (i am facing the flatline myself right now), it is very painful, but at the end what i have to tell you is that you must face the problem. After one reset i am now decided that i will reboot for real this time. Sometimes you really have to be at rock bottom to finally understand what you have to do man. That's what happened to me, and now i am so motivated to fix myself that i can ignore easily the occasional urges. Porn is indeed in the past for me. So just start rebooting man, you will feel like shit for some time, but at the end it will all be worthy. It's the best thing u can do with your life man right now.
