Benefits from nofap and current situation

    Hello everyone, I’m 20 years old and new to nofap. My story towards addiction to porn and masturbating is mostly like everybody. I started watching porn and fapping at age 16. At the beginning it felt great but I didn’t knew when it became an addiction. I tried alot to stop doing it but i failed everytime. I would fap each day.
    Before porn and masturbation i had dreams. I used be a confident and energetic teen. But after PMO, I became an introvert, lonely person, wouldn’t go outside or make interac much with other people, i literally stopped feeling the joy in my life.

    Now, I’m in a living relationship with the girl i always liked, but still didn’t stopped watching porn and doing masturbation. This caused lot of problems in our relationship. It took me a while to understand what i should do to imrpove my relationship. I was unable to perform well in bed, facing problems like ejaculating too early and ED was really depressing for me and for her also. My health was also very poor, because of fapping too much and poor diet,, my body wasn’t being able to grow muscle mass,, things were going terrible....

    Then one day i watched a video of nofap challenge in youtube and got some motivation. I searched on jnternet and gained some knowledge of it, so i took this challenge and for more help I confessed my problem to my gf. She completely understood what i am going through and gave me her full support. Now i am on day 25, beggining was bit hard for me to control my urges but after 5 or 6 days i gained more control over porn and masturbation. I had no desire to go-watch porn and masturbate either. I started focusing on good diet to improve my health, and i also took gym membership and starting working out 3-4 times a week and make myself busy as much as possible. Also, without PMO i could see my relationship has improved, we have more discussions about life and everything that make us feel alive than just fighting like before. After 3 weeks, i have also felt Improvement in my penis because i started getting random etections during the day time or 2-3 time anytime during the day. “Now when i see my health is improving sexual wise and My body getting back in good shape.” Because of that my mind is thinking about sex lots of the time but not of watching porn and masturbation. But I’m not sure what should i do. I have still controlled myself because i read that in nofap one it’s important to not to fap of purse or have sex for the first 30 days. But as my health and relationship is getting better day by day,, I’m feeling more confident and my mind is thinking more about having sex and test the power I’ve gained back.
    I will strongly appreciate if anyone could provide me his/her opinion about my situation.

    First of all, awesome job! I'm in the middle of my first ever 30-day challenge(day 9), and I can totally relate with what you are experiencing.

    I am kindof in the same boat wondering how to proceed at the end of the 30-days.

    My wife and I are committed to a 30-day PMO free (intamcy allowed) through the end of this month. We are planning to evaluate whether to do another full PMO or only a PM challenge at that point. I can say for sure that intamcy is still very fulfilling even without orgasm. Which is kind of uncharted territory for me.

    The part I'm most nervous about is the dreaded chaser effect everyone talks about. I'm not sure if there is a way to tell if it's gonna happen or not without having an orgasm after some period of reboot.
