Beginning Rebooting(PMO)

Hi everyone, I will begin my process of rebooting. I will cut off all types of fantasizing activities such as porn, facebook, instagram, moans and ASMR on youtube, sexual meetings sites, avoid looking to girls excitement body parts and so on. I'm a very lonely person with almost no friends, so to interact with people I'm already seeking for a job or voluntary work. I have been seeking also for catholic groups to be more in god's intimacy and to talk with people of my age. I have been reading all materials about porn addiction that are available in this site: https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/ and it seems very useful. I will try to live each day at the time and avoid to beat me up after one relapse, because if after one relapse I continue to relieve that feeling of guilt, it becomes more difficult to stop. I think that it's crucial to occupy our mind with things that we like and that make us feel useful.
This is my plan for surpass this day one day at the time:
- Mindfullness Meditation(15min.) per day;
- Study(4hours) per day;
- Help my mom at house(30min. - minimum) per day;
- Be polite to my parents;
- Talk with my friend at least once at week and if possible everyday;
- Go to church at least on Sundays;
- Read books;
- Be more friendly and nice to others and find activities to be with people and to feel useful;
- Read Self-development stuff(30min. - minimum)
- Run and fitness exercises(30min. - minimum) 3 day per week and after getting more discipline I will increase to 4 days per week.
