Beast June Week

  1. 1) Consumption consist of delicious fruits and vegetables, water and tea.
    2) Reading is all about law and whatever I feel like it in addition.
    3) Sleep all the time. Lion Mode!!!

    This is my 3 things imma do for a week. I reduced the time and the things. So I can get the 100 percent. Everyday everything. Feel free to be in the challenge. No need to check in, but if you like do so. It is all about you and your view for the next week. I am doing this things so I clear my mind, make it stronger and teach myself some academics.

    Make your own list. Stick to it. Don't press. And succeed!
     
  2. 100%. That's what I am talkin' 'bout.
     
  3. 1) Do at least 20 press ups, crunches and 90 second plank everyday
    2) Read Qur'an everyday and try learn something new and beneficial everyday, will put what I learnt in here.
    3) Sleep 8hrs (try sleep before 12pm)
    4) Give your all in what you do, rest is for the night no tiredness
    5) Learn languages by the end of June.

    Will start Saturday.

  5. had a busy weekend as i was travelling both days, today I'm free woken up late coz i was exhausted but time to stick to this.
