Day 108, check!
It is my day 150 without mo
And i am really very happy about this fact... This is my first try to quit MO and i really think i did well....
And so can you all.
Some things that used to trigger me before don't trigger me as much now...
While some things I really need to stay away.
During my first 30 days i was feeling euphoric my depression was gone like it had been never been there
But after 100 days i experienced severe anxiety but that might b coz of external stress despite that I never really gave up neither should you all
