Bad period lots of relapses

    Hi Guys I am here on nofap from a while now, almost a year, and things were going better and better but recently I have relapsed more often and it seems almost as I am "back at the start". I don't know why is this, I am not more stressed that before, maybe a little bit but nothing exceptional. Someone have experienced a thing like this? How can I go back on track? Thank you all in advance :)

    There are ups and downs in my recovery as well; at first I put together many months of good recovery with no relapses and then I'll slide back. I find that stress ,or bad news, is related to my recovery. Good luck! I find that finding something else to do, a way to get away from my computer to get away from porn is a very good way. Be well.
