Bad morning habits

    Mornings should be productive. If you have those thoughts boy, i suggest you get out of bed and have a cold shower. It will send a shock to your system and you wont feel that way anymore. Make a routine and keep yourself busy. Stay away from triggers

    Also leaving the iPad or computer outside of the room helps me. Is a good way to avoid temptation. Love a nice early in the morning workout

    I also liked the tv out in the living room instead of my room.

    If you have some time in the morning, get some exercise. On days when I don't have to immediately go to school or work, I still set my alarm and go for a run to burn away my sexual energy. It's worked wonders for me. When I get back from running, my state of mind is completely different.
