Back to fapping after completing 90-day streak

That's a tough break man. How did you manage to get to 90 days? I've only got to about 35 days so far on my best streak but have totally fallen off the wagon the last couple of months. For me visiting this site briefly in the mornings and spending a short while focusing on what I want to achieve seems to reall set me up for the day. I have other addiction issues with food and alcohol which complicate things for me slightly, I'm attempting to tackle all of them in one go this week, two days and counting!

 

I got to 79 days last weekend... boredom and complacency got the better of me.
Started with YouTube videos and inevitably progressed.
Annoying thing is I was conscious as to what was happening!
On a positive front I'm back on it now and looking at it as 3 days PMO in almost 100 in total.

 

So you find just watching videos on Youtube becomes a trigger? I hadn't really considered that but I guess it makes sense. I tend watch youtube when I'm procrastinating which is when probably there is most risk of relapsing. Interesting.
