Back on the Wagon

Ok, so I'm back on the wagon after 26 months since I fell off. Here's my excuse - I developed delayed ejaculation, and the only way I could fire the bullet was by aggressive M. Of course, this triggered my previous porn addiction and I fell back into the same trap. But a couple of months ago I also developed ED (at 62-yrs old maybe that is to be expected?) That got my attention and I realized it was time to reboot - as difficult as this will probably be I'm convinced there will be benefits.

I appreciate the support from you guys as I go through this. I've had three days with no PMO and I'm already feeling better about myself ..
