    Hola tengo 29 años me masturbo desde los 10 años de edad y consumo porno de de los 20 años, hoy es mi día número 12 sin P ni M empeze este viaje por que tuve problemas con la erección con mi esposa y además ya estaba cansado de esta vida con P y M, e notado que tengo más seguridad con estos 12 días de abstinencia peo tengo una pregunta y esquema no entiendo un poco del tema de la dopamina en el cerebro soy consumidor de marihuana y la consumo a diario esto claro que genera dopamina en mi cerebro pero puede afectar a mi recuperación y al receteo de mi cerebro con respecto al al consumo del P y M?
