Two months ago when I had having sex with my girlfriend. I had a episode of erectile disfunction. Since this moment I was really concern about my sexual health. Specially because I had an addiction.

Right now I recognize that it's a problem. I have gotten this bad custom since almost 10 years. I did it at night and sometimes in the early too.

This past two month I have tried to control my addiction but it is not easy at all. I never watch porn again but the impulse to masturbate persist. I use this website as a way to control my impulse and improve my health.
