    Hi guys, apart from the obvious no masturbation rule, are there any other rules? Like no sex or something else?

    Welcome @Letsendthis, I'm glad you're here.

    You asked about "rules." You pretty much make your own, because you decide what sort of steps you will take. I think you'll find, however, that a lot of people tend to take similar approaches, not because of rules, but because they seem to help. Look around, I'm sure you'll learn and gain a lot!
