    If anyone's struggling with their streak, and feels hopeless and depressed, check out this video of David Goggins. It got me through some of my worst moments of despair.

    Never watched the video but if he's a navy seal than he has the discipline already built up. I don't see how he can relate to me as a Fapstronaut who couldn't even keep a job for more than 6 months. His occupation trumps any advice he can possibly offer on nofap.

    he became a navy seal after he went through all the shit he went through. He speaks about it in the video. How he failed the exam couple times etc. Stop being ignorant. This guy even weighed 300 pounds at one point.

    Not trying to be ignorant I am just pointing out his title is not very typical of someone who struggles with a pmo issue so I am doubting his insight. I just hate phoney motivational speakers like Anthony Robbins but maybe he isn't.

    Anthony robbins just talks shit. This guy’s real, trust me. He hates motivational speakers himself, he’s a Raw guy. Why don’t you give it a try. PMO’s bad but it’s not the worst thing you can go through. If I can relate, then so can you
