Is there anyone in this forum who want to be completely PMO free for the rest of his life?

    Me no, just for curiosity.

  2. Yes except for the O part because I am married.

    Definitely P and M though.

Yeah I want to completely leave and take porn and masturbation out of my bloody life!

I didn't need it for 11 years of my life and I don't need it now! Screw PMO that is no good at all.
I doesn't bring any benefits or good things our lives.

As a minimalist would say: "if you don´t need porn for 21 days, throw it away"

Porn has no benefits that you couldn´t get from somewhere else but it has its massive downsides, so let´s throw it out of the window and focus the positive stuff in life.

Definitely want P&M out of my life for good. Someday I'd like to have ___ again so O is okay with me.

I do. I don't want to PMO or touch my penis at all (except peeing).
Well, I would occasionally like to have an O (very occasionally) but I will cross that bridge only when I get in a committed relationship.

I was wondering if lifelong abstinence from PMO can be a good idea, to those of you who are in a long reboot from PMO have you noticed that your libido is dead or haunt you also after a long time in abstinence?

I remember I tried a lifelong abstinence years ago but after two months the libido was still alive.

    Yes.

i've been on my nofap journey for 18 months.

I have finally learned it needs to end for good.

Yes, I do. PMO for life, well except the O part for when I get married. :D

  16. I would like to be free from P and M for the rest of my life and free from O until I find myself a real life flesh and blood girlfriend, which I hope happens before the end of my life. I used to think it was impossible to go say, two weeks with no O, but now that I have done it a few times I feel that it is possible to go a really long time without it, maybe a year or more. Of course many of us have this conflict where we say "maybe it's not healthy to go so long without O." But I know the longer I have gone without it, the better I have felt, so I'm going to keep trying for the rest of my life.
