    Hello everyone,

I have been fapping about two to three times a day for the past 12 years. I watch porn every time when I do this. I tried to stop but to be honest not whole heartedly. Porn and eating junk food I believe has stole years from my life but I still cannot stop. They are the only things that give me comfort. Sad I know. Pathetic I know. Anyway I started taking propecia about a year ago for my hair. Everything was good my hair was getting thicker and I felt good about it. A couple of weeks ago while I was looking at porn it wasn't as pleasurable as it use to be. I immediately started to panic that I was getting ED because I have heard people on propecia develop this along with a decreased libido. I got scared and started paranoid fapping with a rubbery slight erection. Now two weeks later I still cannot get fully turned on by porn. Or by thinking of women in general. If I think of some out of the box shit or have phone sex o get turned on but it's not as enjoyable as it once was. I am scared I messed up my hormones and libido. Anyone have any experience with this? Please help.

  2. Stop fapping. Stop watching porn. Stop eating junk food. Try it for 90 days and see what happens.

    Citadelle and BhamBeachBum like this.
  3. propecia is a DHT blocker so it will surely effect your libido . One of my friend was using propecia for hair , when he started having severe side effects . He stopped using it. Blocking DHT is not good for your sex drive ..

  4. Some men may experience sexual dysfunction, depression, anxiety, or breast enlargement; the sexual dysfunction can be very distressing. :( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finasteride [Finasteride is marketed under the names Proscar/Propecia].

So, sexual dysfunction (not merely loss of libido), is a side-effect of this drug. Even more likely, is that masturbating to other people having sex 2-3 times a day for the past 12 years has finally caught up with you. You are sexually burnt out!

You need to reboot your brain to 'factory settings'. That means no pornography, porn subs, no edging (withholding cum), masturbating or orgasm. Cut out these things and your sexual health will be transformed. But it could take 6-9 months.

My 17th day of no fapping here, from a 7years extreme fapper. I started 14/02 jts 2/03 today i have never went more than 2 weeks without wanking and that happened 1nc or 2c only.
Food has been my biggest reason as i have recently found out. I have been masturbating telling myself that i am loosing calories that i have eaten and its always that way, just after i eat i get the urge on off loading.
I am a very fit person who exercises easily and reguraly but i havent recently, even if i did i feel usualy even more horny.
I decided to do lent as i am on my 17th day and i told myself not to wank since i dont have enough excess energy. Good thing is, my body becomes more fit and appreciation of food is high now as i enjoy it more when i get it from missing it alot.
My lent is of 40 days, little adjustments on my body and it will get used to it, first for no fapping and learning how to survive in limited options

You need to stop taking propecia or your ED is only going to get worst. As for you hair you can make research for DHT blocking food. The are quite a lot of them and they actually taste good to another thing is to stay away from junk foods.

If your hair is your major concern, you should go vega. It's going to help a lot.
Natural DHT blockers are a lot safer compared to drugs

  7. There are forums full of guys who have had lasting, devastating, sexual dysfunction that started with Propecia - and didn't stop when they stopped taking it. Get off that shit ASAP.
