    As you can tell from my name, I'm a piano student. I have been playing for about 7 years now and I'm playing classical and atonal music mainly.
    Are there any other musicians here?
    Let me know what instrument you play! How long have you been playing? What kind of music? I'd love to hear it.:)

    Main instrument is probably piano. That's interesting that you play atonal music, it doesn't appeal to me personally but that's cool that you play it.

    Cool, I like playing atonal pieces once in a while, playing mainly classical and sometimes an atonal piece just to change things up :)

    I play piano and I write my own songs:) It's always been boring to me to learn songs written by another person. But I do learn some songs to keep my skills in check.

    Yes, play cajon, harmonium, keyboard, guitar, drum, tambourine (anyone can play tambourine haha) and also sing!

    Mainly Chopin; nocturnes, preludes and an etude, polishing the Rachmaninoff prelude op.3 no.2 now and working on some Bach. I never tried ragtime :(

    Wow you must be pretty good. I love Fantasie Impromptu by Chopin. Ragtime's great fun you should try it out!

    Not all that good :) I don't think I would be able to play that fantasie impromptu, if we're talking about the same one, is it the one that is op.66, the very famous one?
    And yes, it sounds fun, I'll try it out sometime!

    Yeah op 66. If you start playing it slowly then build up the speed it's not too bad. If you ever want to talk about piano in more depth feel free to message me :)
