Dont get into that spiral man, jump back on the horse, dont feel shame, feel proud that you went the 5 days and carry on. Do you know what triggered your relapse this time? Anything you can do different now to help prevent further relapse?

    Checking in-
Hey guys made it to 7 days streak today in years I have I don’t think I have ever not watch pornography for more than 4-5 days. And what are the reasons for this small success?
    1) NoFap.com!!!!!!! - without this website and you guys sharing all your experiences and what you are going through I might have never taken this journey seriously

    2) BLOCKING all access to pornography on my computer and my phone. Without this I would definitely still be relapsing every day but now How can I watch pornography if I don’t have any access to it? So to me blocking porn access was very beneficial.

So I have experience any positive effects on my life yet?
    I actually have.
    1) Sexual life.
I’ve never sufferer from PEID but I think I was definitely on the way as I haven’t had any morning wood in years now and sometimes my erection would be hard to keep. But now it all seems like a distant nightmare as I’ve been getting rock hard erection with my girlfriend even she realized it as she say my penis got bigger but in fact I just have stronger erection which makes it look so.
Also my ejaculations are more important than before.
I also have no problem getting it up as I am super excited to have sex with my girlfriend since I didn’t spend all week PMOing.

    2- On my life
I feel I have more energy to go around and I pay more attention to my surroundings. Also fighting my urges I think also gave me more willpower when it comes to other things in daily life too.

To end my post, so far I haven’t really had any strong urges except for maybe the 2 first days after blocking porn. One week ago, achieving a 1 week streak seemed impossible to me so I wouldn’t even think about 1 month or 90 days streak. But now I feel ready to get that 30 days streak.
In the long run to be so free that I loose count on how many days I’ve been porn free .

First time in a few days that I've checked in. I had a tough day on Wednesday that spilled into Thursday - but since Thursday at about 10 in the morning, I've been solid with not the slightest of issues.

Fought through some brutal headaches and at times very unsettling anxiety yesterday that I am convinced is largely signs of withdrawal.

Its obvious to me that right now, I cannot be home alone when internet access is wide open. Both days, this was the case. On Wednesday, I just haphazardly decided to "see what I could find" - while telling myself that I would turn back before I started watching anything - like that was ever going to happen.

My urges are so strong the moment that I'm home alone, I just need to either get out of the house or have work lined that to do that doesn't require the internet and just shut down the internet.

That is my goal this week. Plan ahead and know what I'm doing - and then simply follow through and shut down the internet on the days I'm home alone. I think that if I can just get through the tough part of this week (M-W) - I will be in much better shape.

Checking in today. Woke up in a good mood, which is unusual. Cutting back on PMO seems to be helping my sleep. No strong urges so far. Reading the recent posts by members of the forum is a big boost.

Your girlfriend thinks your penis is bigger. If that isn't positive motivation, I don't know what is!

I feel like not allowing myself to whatch anything has helped. I read someone talk about punishing themselves when they relapse i think it was halibut that is a great idea. My punisment has been only to use the internet for things that dont inlcude whatching videos. I also havent whatched tv or movies since my new streak started. This has made me feel like im unhooking from alot of stimulation and that is a good feeling. I havent had many urges but i willl stay vigilant because i think me thinking i was in the clear is what made me relapse last time. I have been getting headaches though but ive managed to tuff them out. Its nice reading about you guys making progress keep it up.

@Halibut Thumbs up to everything in your last post don't know if you got some of that from one of my past page long post or found it on your own but it doesn't matter you found it and are using it. Pornfree radio was really a turning point for me. The first episode about shame and guilt really got me then the one about consequences and planning all just helped me get a real start in fighting this. I know its not for everyone but it helped me. There 4 years worth of episodes so you can find ones that apply to what your feeling or fighting on a certain day for help. Great tool to put in the boat to keep you a float if you get in trouble.

Checking in. Im on a trip and have limited time to be on here but reading through the recent post it looks like there has been some success and struggles. They go hand in hand. Even the guys that may struggle are improving everyday. Beating this is not easy and takes struggle to reach success. My trip Im on has brought about challenges and struggles but I had a plan in place before I got here to keep me on track. So far so good. Keep fighting everyone. One day at a time.

Thanks @RTBFOP and thankyou for helping me discover 'pornfree radio' in your post, amazing podcast. There is so much content in there that I can identify with. The first 2 episodes, like you say, are a must. And how he reiterates that without changing your routine or 'form' as he calls it then you will most likely relapse.

    cheers for sharing!

Checking in. Still doing well. Incredibly, its a lot harder to relapse when it is nearly impossible to look at porn, which it was yesterday for me as I had my internet shut down. Each time I found myself feeling an urge (had quite a few yesterday), I reminded myself that I can't look at porn because I have no internet, so it's literally impossible. That really helped with the urges.

I am going to check out this podcast - sounds really awesome. Thanks, ya'll!

Checkin' in. Tomorrow is 30 days PM free, and it's only a small step to a better me. I caught myself fantasizing this morning after I woke up, and told myself to "knock it off". I proceeded to ride a couple miles on my stationary bike to clear my head, and get back on track. When I reach milestones (30, 60, 90 days), the addict inside wants to reward myself with some PM. After falling for this in the past (and perpetuating the cycle of addiction), I'm better equipped to tell that guy in my head to "shut the fuck up." So, at 30 days, I say good start. Now, on to the next 30..

sometimes you need to go completely into reality and enter from home. There is a lot of beauty in the world. Turn off the TV and phones. Chat with people live.

Checking in just before making it 1 week.

The past week has been an emotional roller coaster, but I am grateful for feeling emotion rather than numbing them with Pmo.

I have been looking into sexual transmutation which i read about in Napoleon Hills book 'Think and grow rich', which was mentioned on 'porn free radio' podcast. (The book is in the public domain so you can read it online)

It makes for interesting reading that to become a 'genius', as the book suggests, with higher mind vibrations then we must transmute our sexual energy to more productive, fulfilling and creative desires.

It is also interesting to see that many people who undergo semen retention and therefore withhold this sexual energy gain several benefits from doing so and the way men release semen nowadays is a reason for the masculinity epidemic in society.

If you are interested in more read this article https://scottjeffrey.com/sexual-energy-transmutation/#What_is_Sexual_Transmutation

This idea of sexual transmutation is helping me have more reason to continue my nofap journey and the importance of out sexual energy.
