Another reason for nofap.

Yesterday I was at the bar and a buddy that I talk to regularly came in. Don't know how the topic got started but somehow we started talking about how age and disinterest in sex and women fall. He was saying how he doesn't look a the girls like he use to, doesn't pay them no mind, and isn't sexually attracted to them like he use to be. He is 56 and he had a helluvah crazy past also! What he is feeling is what I am feeling as a porn addict and I'm only 20. That really woke me up into ridding pmo for good as that was a sad wake up call for me. I'm still relapsing like hell and I don't know what to do. I workout everyday but I don't have a "why," for stopping. Need your guys input and good vibes on this.
