    One simple decision can make such a difference guys! No porn for 2 weeks and never am I looking back or feeling like im missing out on anything! Once I watched the Ted talk about how we rewire OUR BRAINS by watching porn. Rewiring to be turned on by a screen rather than feeling a real woman?. It's not the way to live. I wish everyone luck on unlocking the secret to release the porn addiction. I'm just a regular guy with the same struggles. It has been a great uplifting experience kicking the habit thats had me for at least 12 years! And to KNOW it's NEVER Going to be a problem EVER again. It is truly a blessing.

    Congrats man, I can defiantly relate and feel the same way. Once you make the decision to quit, that's it! There's no going back. The future looks bright for both of us :)

    You guys do realise that the nofap challenge has been around, probably since the dawn of man.

    I have a documentary about Rocky Marciano - the only undefeated ...ever...boxing heavyweight champion of the world. This man considered a win on points a loss - and always re-matched and always knocked out the contender. He knocked out each of his challengers.

    He would disappear into the woods for at least three months - to train before a fight...there was to be no ejaculation before the fight.

    Sugar Ray Robinson in an interview said he did not have sex whilst training for a fight. The interviewer asked why not? Sugar said in his words, it makes you "GRRRR!"

    I love sex. Sex is great. I love orgasm during sex...but ideally, I want to orgasm into a woman that I love and not on a one-night stand.
