Am I in flatline, its too early

    Day 1 to 7 i felt amazing, confident, and had a happy energetic energy. After day 7 it slowly started to go away, and now at day 14 im feeling depressed again, as i did when i was on PMO. I believe its too early to be on a flatline.

    I flatlined on day 8 right after having sex.... so no it’s not too early at all. It’s different for everyone.

    Are you working out, taking cold showers, and getting a good nights sleep?

    Just keep going man. Just hold on because it's really worth it. I'm on day 10 and experiencing flatline so it's possible

    I was in a flatline before NoFap, I just didn't know what it was at the time. It's not too early. I'm just now getting out of mine after 2.5 months.

    i work out 5 days a week, getting 8 hours of sleep a night, and from time to time ill take cold showers. im watching the light at the end of the tunnel, ive wasted so much of my life and i think the root cause is porn addiction. i want to MO so bad to get some dopamine but im not going to do it. and the support on this website keeps me going

    Im on day 13 and i have had similar results. Early on i felt like a GOD at times, now im going through phases of laziness lack of motivation anger frustration depression mood swings. Id say its mild flatline. Withdrawl symptoms id expect come in waves as your brain readjusts

    I entered in flatline after 14 days of abstinence. So it sounds about right.
