If you've had PIED before it's great to have satisfying sex and it can be an important step for you. Nevertheless, it could still happen that you start fapping again and PIED comes back. Personally, I'm not sure if you can (or if you even should) ever consider yourself "cured" of an addiction. You can be cured of the symptoms, for sure, but you always need to be alert to not fall back into your old patterns of behavior.

 

Well, just for semantics I'd say you've had a mild case of PIED then What do you mean by "problem", a symptom of your PMO addiction? This could be little productivity, ogling at women and many more things. For some people here it's a problem that when they watch porn they are indirectly supporting human trafficking and so on.

If you feel that you are "ready" to masturbate every now and then again, then do it, no one is being domatic here. But you should carefully investigate if you really are ready for that, and in my opinion one shouldn't watch porn again as it's a slippery slope.
