already seeing result in a month no_pm

Hi all,
how long does it take to reboot after relapse? is one month short with no pm to see any result..

I am in no_fap over an year-two months.. best of 34days count on no_pm. I relapse for a week daily faping. it was almost a month ago. now with dedication rebooting.

Now i am doing great. I did not ejaculate in sex but I late my wife cum. we did is more than half hour and got tired. I have to do more cardio in gym
