    hey dudes, I'm almost done completing 3 weeks without masturbating. so far the urge is killing me and i hope i can complete 4 weeks before i go to my European trip. I know a month isn't enough but I'm gonna keep going and see if i can make it a year without PMO. wish me luck Fapstronauts.
