Almost relapsed.

First of all, i wanted to introduce myself since is my first day on the forum.

I’m 23 years old and i am addicted to porn and masturbation since i was 12 or 13. That’s around 10 years of abusing porn and masturbation. I use it as a way to scape my personal problems and the overwhelming feeling of loneliness that i get sometimes.
This year it got to a point when i was masturbating 5 to 7 times a day and it got to a point when i develop an habit of hiring prostitutes and pathetically getting emotionally attached to some due to the feeling of loneliness and when i was (obviously and understandably) rejected or ignored by them on a personal level I went back to porn again and again. I decided a month ago that i had enough of this and decided to quit for good. I havent called a sexual worker in about 3 months and my streak without masturbating or porn was 5 days, i could’nt go any further without relapsing. Until today that i finally hit a full week without porn or masturbation but today was specially difficult since i’ve been fighting really hard against the feeling of watching and masturbating all day.

I found out about this community just a few minutes ago and hopefully i”ll find advice and the help i need to turn my life around with a healthier sexuality. Sorry for the bad english, not my first language.
