  1. Almost had a wet dream this moorning. I did several mistakes that lead to it - Didnt took shower yesterday after work and before sleep. Went to sleep late and. And yesterday saw this amazing girl - she had really hot body. I was looking at her for a while.And yeah worked hard too yesterday so thats another factor that leads to wet dreams - being tired.

    So yeah I remember in the moorning I moaned like I could hear myself, dont remember what I saw in dream but remember it felt good. Not sure maybe I orgasmed but didnt ejaculate.

    Just have to be more careful from now on cause want all summer without wet dreams and my 90 day streak without wet dreams too. Good that I found a topic on nofap that had some simple tips about avoiding wet dreams. Just want my semen to be in control. Im not a girl who cant control her menstruation.     I'm really not understanding all these posts about trying to avoid wet dreams, as if they're some kind of relapse or something.

    Wet dreams happen when you're not conscious. You can't control wet dreams any more than you can control dreams themselves. Trying to control something you have no control over by definition is a recipe for disappointment and self-condemnation.

    bro I haven't had seen or orgasm or wet dreams(more than a year) since past 15 days,its like I have realized importance of time and this time wont come back but after 20-30yrs all these porn nd bullshit will stay but if we continue watching it or indulge in it we'll end up as loser and poor then we could have been without it,bro my tips for best way to avoid wet dreams 100% as have been successfully practicing bit for more than a year ,wet dreams are way more harmful than ejaculation as it may lead to weaken legs,muscle joints disease,poor eyesight, psychological effects ,etc,use these 3 important tips and you'll definitely avoid wet dreams :-
    1.urinate before going to bed and avoid water or water content foods atleast 30mins -1 hr before bed
    2.maintain strict sleep schedule prefarably 10:30pm to 4:30am it's 100% possible more chances more wet dreams few hours before when you are about to wake up
    most important workout early morning
    3.avoid watching porn or anything sexual,
