Almost done 100 days

Discussion in 'Success Stories' started by Deleted Account, Sep 3, 2017.

  1. I done 95 out of 100 days so far without fapping, watching porn/orgasm and it improved my life. I also done no pmo back in April for 33 days and back in august last year.

Thing that nofap changed my life so far:
    * I'm able to abstain from porn and masturbation with ease
    * Able to talk to ladies without feeling anxious or thinking I can't do it
    * lost my virginity with some hot baddie
    * Time management and motivation increased
    * anxiety level decreased
    * No longer self loathe or feel bed for myself
    * No longer worry about others and compare other ppl lives to mine
    * I'm able to initiate small talk

Thank you NoFap community for giving me the support that I need to go 100 days nopmo without relapsing.

Wow! 95 days only 5 more days to go. I am curious even though you set a target of 100 days surely if you didn't relapse the good effects will keep coming in. I don't know but many people have said that the longer they stay on PMO the more profound the effects become. So are you still definitely going to relapse on the 100th day or would you rather broaden your target to say 200 days or even a year?

    well done dude, huge motivation!

  5. I was originally going to abstain from porn/fapping for a month or 2 months, but I choose to do it for 100 days to see the full effect.

  6. Wow man it seems that you made great improvement.

  7. Do you guys think that after finished 100 days goals or somthing like this you should go back and fap?
    (At least for one time?)

No, Most but not all keep their streaks going well past 90. Some relapse but will continue streaks again. Usually around a month and a half you see and feel how much different life becomes and how pmo doesn't compare

  11. I got it. So if the life after the streak is so good then why to go back and fap at all? (even an one time)

The whole purpose of the reboot is to unwire neural connections your brain built while PMOing. PMOing again would be strengthening those existing connections again, will easily bring you back to addiction (your brain asks for pleasure via PMOing). It works exactly as a drug addiction. You should rewire your brain again to seek for pleasure in real life experiences like real relationships, etc.

pmo solely relies on p. Once you p you m and once you m you o. Get it? Its all a chain reaction. Thats why porn is 100 times more harmful than masturbation. For me, if i dont watch a vid or look at a pic I dont have the motivation to fap, which I personally think is good but bad at the same time.

  14. all the beautiul girls in the porn make our life much harder

  15. That's was so worth refraining from porn, masturbation and orgasm. It feels so good getting laid now after waiting for 100 days. Sorry guys... My baddie made me jizz.

Congratulations on this achievement! You've just made a great step towards this new life of yours, and I hope it will continue to lighten up for you. What are your plans now?

Well, chances are you're here because this habit has been with you for years. 3 years is more that 1000 days. What's 90 days compared to numbers like that? Almost nothing! Getting to 90 days is great and it's the necessary foundation for the rest of your life without PMO. But the efforts you stack up to get there are still fragile and they need to be woven in your life, so that they're not efforts anymore, but part of what you have become. That's why at 91 days life is better but not easier - and falling back in the trap is a common mistake : humans have an aversion for difficulty. Our brain is still strong with the neural pathways of using, and it takes very little to push us over the edge. "Just this one time" is something every addicted substance/drink/habit user tells themselves over and over and over, each time they think they're freed from the former addiction.

If you have to do it to realize the mistake it is, then do it! Then realize the full extent of the feeling that sweeps over you, rampaging through your emotions and destroying your efforts. And decide if it was worth it ;) I bet you it won't, but eh, I know this because I was there myself, and wouldn't hear when someone told me ^^

Did your erections get harder and better?

  18. Yeah. My libido also increased at 90+ days.
