Almost broke today

Just got out of my summer class at my college , and I'm driving back to my house when all of a sudden I get this sudden urge out of the blue to watch porn and masturbate. Nothing to even trigger these urges i.e visuals, hearing someone talk about porn, etc. Just all of a sudden they're there and it's a strong temptation. I've been on a 10 or 11 day streak so far and most of its been surprisingly easy for me to abstain but today was temptation at its finest. The only reason I didn't go with it was because I knew that it wasn't what I wanted, and that I wouldn't feel terrible after. Thank god I didn't do it because I don't want to go back to being a dopamine addict, it would kill me emotionally and mentally.
