Almost at 90 Days Hard Mode - Need a new Goal!

    Hi Guys,

    There's a bunch to say, but I don't have much time.

    Basically, I'm at day 78 on NoFap Hard Mode. And I'm talking REAL HARD MODE. I avoid pictures of girls because I know it will trigger me. Probably not a long term solution, but for the 90 days it's served me very well.

    I need a new goal, because I've found that one of my triggers is reaching a goal. PMO IS NOT A CELEBRATION.

    Thus, I've decided to celebrate by writing a letter to myself, validating my achievements. And I've decided to set a new goal of 180 days NoFap Hard Mode. After 90 days I will begin dating, but no dating apps! I will only approach girls in real life. Time to have courage.

    Let's goooooooooooo!

    I did for more then 180 days. And suddenly thought lets do it once I have control. That'show it started again. So pls be careful. Don't do what I did. Be strict.

    Hey man that's awesome. I wrote a letter to remind my self how shit my life has been during fap. I'm going to write a letter of validation about my achievements. I've made so many that i been waiting my whole life for and it's only been 50 days. Imna hit 100 days then start dating too.

    Hey bro, just remove it as an option from your mind and life! If you need to O then find a female companion to physically share that experience with. Let your mind build the association that only females can make you O

    Cheers! The more I can unassociate women with pixels on a screen the better. Plus, my theory is that most guys are on dating apps and have given up on the old fashion cold approach, so there's possibly a new level of uniqueness to it that can help you stand out

    Quiet possibly true, i guess you will bypass all the queue of guys that the girl has on her tinder profile. I'm experimenting with my self. If i cut of all forms of social media. I believe i'll just force my self and create opportunities to chat to women and to some extent it's been working
