Do you wanna know what your story sounds like? It sounds like VICTORY! Congratulations. I am very proud of you brother.

  2. Thanks man, that made me smile :)

    So good to hear :)

  3. A classic example of the addiction talking to you. I haven't (yet) had that particular delusion, but now I know to be on the lookout for that one, too! Thanks!

  8. Funny how the mind of a addict works. I've had these same sort of bullshit ideas. They never worked for me either.

  9. Good. Good! Congrats. Keep going! You can be free forever . We all can.

  10. Yup, and I didn't see it before I finally admitted I was addicted. All these times throughout 2016 and 2017 I tried to quit I think it glanced me once or twice, but I pushed it away. Because I wasn't an addict. But as I've found out, I have a pretty addicted personality, when it comes to quite a lot of things. If I just dial down, things will go more smoothly.

Yes yes I believe I can be. My highest hopes for you as well, and I seen you'e come quite far. Well done man :)

Very inspiring story man! I think you took the right path, instead of running away from porn you just replaced it with more important things in your life. You constructed a life worth living, and that's always a beautiful work in progress. Congratulations! and keep up the amazing work!

  12. Thanks I really appreciate you saying that. Yes I feel like I have accomplished something here, but this is only the beginning. I can go even further, which I want to do. I have my goals :).

wow man 81 days! you're more in the middle of something now instead of just the beginning! keep those activities going and those goals active. It seems you're trusting yourself more to achieve this! Good luck man!

  14. Yeah you are probably right. But for my life improvements its feel like a beginning. The reason why I say this is that I didn't really do anything to improve my life when I started with no P. It wasn't something I planned to do, but because I crashed with a crippling anxiety at the start of september I thought it was best to stop. I didn't see the benefits with stopping alltogehter before I read stuff about NoFap and on the website yourbrainonporn. That's when my journey properly started. At the end of October, and I joined here shortly, around 5th of November I think. But yeah thanks :)

I wish great success to you man! Inspiring... I relapsed today after 13 days (not that i was counting, just saw the counter here as I am not a fan of counting days) and reading this made me realize, no matter how hard we fall, we can always get back up and not look back, stronger each time. Realizing what fails us and tackling them at the root is essential, which is what you did! I will win this fight too! Keep posting!

  19. I am so sorry you relapsed! Yes that is the correct approach, one has to fall down to get back up. That's what I fully believe after these soon three months. They have been extremely hard and probably some of the worst months I have ever have. But I have worked hard to get where I am now, and I don't regret anything. Was a realization I had now that I hadn't thought about. Wow, so cool. Anyways, I am glad you could read what I had to say and get back on the horse. I will keep following you and motivate you. Stay busy and you'll do fine. Or keep on going as I always say! Yes you will! I believe in you :). Do you have a journal?

    Thanks :D
