All alone getting the urges

    Seem to get in situations where i have the house to myself and am now getting urges and im only on day 3. Not done anything yet but its doing my head in and dont know what to do.

    Get out of the house, go for a walk, take a class, socialize. Avoid being alone during the early stages and find some activities to engage your mind and hands.

    Took your advice got out of the house for a few hours, now reading some books to keep busy. Survived the day, going to try sleeping early. Hopefully will be three complete days soon.
