    What do you do when strong urges strike? Do you have any emergency plan like getting out of house, talking a short walk outside or distracting yourself one way or the other? Do you use any blocker like k9? Do you have plenty of time on hand? Do you workout, meditate, jog/run, socialize everyday?

    don´t worry I did as well today, I did a couple off times this months but I improve, PMO makes less and less sense with each relapse, monday I am off working again, finally seeing actually day light (I did work during night for 9 freaking months) and monday I gonna eat something delocious, relaxing, sitting at my desk and then I make the decision to go for 30 days and go through all my relapse prevention strategies that I´ve learned by my own mistakes.

    1 relapse = 1 experience you can learn from and improve.

    Most of the time I'm occupied in study, but the problem is when I take a rest and I use the phone to watch videos on youtube, also waste time on facebook or instagram and the temptation comes and I fall down. I don't have any strategies, the only thing I do is that when temptation comes I try to cut on time the stimule. What strategies can you advice me? Also I try to jogging everyday.

    YT and other social media are always huge triggers and it's best to avoid them for the time being you are rebooting. You can try other things like working out, meditation (it can help with your studies too), socializing in person or calling your friend etc. You can also join chat rooms that are safe if you want to pass time after studying.
