after my first challenge

    Hi
    after i have completed my first challenge to reach 58 days i felt so good even during the challenge, i had a bunch of improvements and i was always full of energy,
    after my challenge i M. 6 from 17 january till' the 27 of march, the first M, was because i was boring after it i was gutted with myself
    what do you think about it?
    is it bad? is it too much? give me any hints and tips

    It's a personal choice, only you can say if it is bad. If you had undesired effects from M, then it would be bad. I'm not sure how it effected you so I have no opinion on your question.
