I recently lost a 95 day streak and I want to ask a few questions.

I am proud of my self I got this far. I used to fap every day multiple time a day so this is small victory for me.

During my 95 day streaks when is it OK to bring back healthy releases back?
When can one M again? My goal is to cut out Porn of my life. I think maybe after the 90th day I should start trying to M again. I never had addiction to M. It was always P.
    I never M'ed with out P before.

I also have OCD as well

After 90 days I think a release was in order.

  2. I personally will never masturbate again, your body does that for you whether it be from wet dreams or semen leakage. Its a habit I to closely associate with porn so I am leaving it behind.

When to M >> never. It's abnormal and it's just mental porn you're playing.

Okay, so in my personal opinion, this is not an option you should be considering. To me, this is an absolute addiction, plain and simple, no exceptions. And with addictions, they need to be stopped altogether. (There are a few addictions that need to slow down before completely stopped, but not this one!) ANY type of sexual addiction, whether its porn, affairs, prostitutes, or whatever, need to come to a screeching halt as soon as possible, no exceptions. For the people who admit, acknowledge, and are addressing their sexual addiction, we need to not ever consider allowing those things back into our lives. It will only pull us back into our addiction, placing us right back where we desperately needed to heal and get away from.

Wario, you’ll have to do what works for you. I don’t want to ever watch p again and I don’t plan to PMO again for a while, but I honestly don’t think there is anything wrong with MO once a week or something as long as not watching P. Like you. I primarily only MO when watching P. I know that’s not a popular opinion on here, but I don’t think MO is as damaging as P or even wrong if it’s not taken too far. I’m also talking about a quick MO not edging, which I wouldn’t recommend.
