    Listen to the advice of other nofap warriors laid out before you. There is magic and truth in semen retention and no pmo. Women can sense it. You may not nortice the first few days, but come back in 3 weeks and say you dont see or feel a difference. Semen retention makes you feel better. Maybe its physiological, maybe its mental, maybe its placebo- its definitely not quackery. If you believe, you will achieve.

    As for transwoman porn, it will not go away. You are 23. If you keep jackin off to transgendered person porn, living your life in your anxious mind, youll hit 30 and be the same guy, only older, more fucked up, and with less time to heal.     There are many ways to avoid an urge situation, I am Also Muslim so I can understand your situation. All is make up your mind and read the things how to avoid an urge, there are many ways.
    Getting married is a good thing but I don't consider that you give lame excuses to yourself that you don't have sexual partner so you can Fap. Feel yourself to handle the situation according to available resources.
    When you feel an urge go out for long walk, leave your room and even house, meet with friends. Some other advises are given by Warior1995. I am uploading a file for you try to read it.

    Yeah bro I realized that transgendered person porn gave me even more guilt and shame to the point where couldn't look people in the eye and be myself I convinced myself that this shit was getting out of hand and I made the best decision in my life by giving it up once you hit rock bottom the only way is up but some people's rock bottom could be different it could be escalation and even acting on there pmo addiction by seeking a transgendered person I didn't want to go down that road and I stopped

    9 months but I was in the gym during my pmo phase I lifted actively since freshman yr of college I'm 28 now but people always use to say how it should be easier for me because I'm fit and attractive but pmo kept my confidence low so I never believed it until now I'm less in my head and able to enjoy the present moment and my awareness is a lot better and I can feel the attraction sometimes from other women I would say to create challenges and goals to help better self improvement and then pmo will seem like an utter waste of time and energy and there is nothing to gain from it good luck

    we have the same religion and coincidentally also have the same problem. what if we discuss it with point of view of our religion? before that we must know if sex outside of marriage has bad impact, not only us and our partner but also her father and brothers will bear our sin.please think again bro.and for addiction I also was trying to recover. my frist step is delete all my porn video collection, and start make schedule of activity outside of work. do not give chance alone in our room for long time. if you start have dirty thinking, immediately divert your mind(i play puzzle games)and if you really horny just do push up/running/etc immediately until you're tired. Please do not destroy other people's life because of your personal desires. hopefully help and let's fight together.     First thing I going to say. It's CALM DOWN. Everything's in your head.
    As a same as you, I was suffering addiction with transwoman porn and sissy fetish. Reading a lot of things about it. I came to several conclusions.
    - Most to us got bored of straight porn because the long time exposure of PMO.
    - We haven’t received attraction of women in real file. Maybe low self-esteem, shy behaviors, lack of confidence, bad shape of body, etc.
    - We’ve suffered verbal or physical abuse by a female figure (Mother, Sisters, and Ex-Girlfriends, Female friends).
    - We never developed our manhood and self-concept as men. Probably, because lacking of a father figure, toxics male figures or bullying
    - Maybe, we developed traumas in our childhood.
    - We’re dealing with OCD, HOCD, SOCD, etc.
    - We’re scare to women or we have social anxiety.
    - Dealing with insomnia, anxiety or panics attacks.

    Well, Now I have some tips for you, than help me in this fight.

    - Firsts, recovery your self-concept, self-esteem and self-worth doing positive affirmation in from the mirror.
    - Second, do mindfulness and meditation to call down and control the anxiety, don’t worry about politics, economics, women or future. You must accept the uncertainty and learn how to live the present. (You can do it at least three of two time per day)
    - Third, do exercises. When we do exercises our body release endorphins that make us happy and confidence of ourselves.
    - Fourth, You must health your inner child and talk with him, cries if he need that or play with him singing, drawing or laughing everything that he wants. Also, tell him that anything was his fault and now you adult figure it’s here to protect him of everything.
    - Fifth, Push the bully in its stomach. The OCD is a bully mother…fck that some people has in their head. Four tricks of deal with OCD:
    * Seeing the intrusive thoughts as you’re watching tv and then move the channel.
    * See the intrusive thoughts as you’re in the subway, the thought is in the wagon and the train’s gone.
    * If the OCD monster is saying bad things, you can do a counterattack and respond it immediately. Ex: “OCD: You don’t worth for nothing you’re a piece of sh…., YOU: Yeah OCD YOU HAVE ALL THE RIGHT ON THE WORLD AND I DON’T WORTH FOR NOTHING, WHAT ELSE YOU HAVE TO TELL ME”.
    * Make ERP Therapy to control the anxiety and re-write cells brain that you aren’t a dangerous situation.
    - Sixth, Eat health food.
    - Seventh, cold showers every day.
    - Eight, keep it busy. Learn new things, go outside, do a walk, start a new project, closed cycles, etc.
    - Nine, try to sleep well if you could't do it, does't matter try to sleep well next day.
    - Last one, KEEP STRONGER AND NO GIVE UP TO NOFAP. PORN it's a addiction. We’ve a part of our brain than try to come back everytime that it can. So when you feel down, anxious, scare, depressed. It's our brain making its works to receive its dopamine doses.

    Everything you have mentioned I have been through some of those issues but I was bored of straight porn don't have confidence and scared girls away with my vibe even if they were attracted initially but now after almost 10 months I feel more manly not obessed with outcomes or getting women working on different hobbies and goals and continue to workout and I also have reconnected with my childhood by watching dragonball again it brings me back to a sense of innocence and excitement now I have felt more masculine over the couple of months I feel my self healing physically and mentally just from not pmoing it's worth it
