    Ah I was in Aruba and Curacao. Trinidad can be fun, I heard they have a pretty fun paintball range. I don't know much about it though.

    As I understand it. Pornography is like drugs, addictive and at first, even good, but then comes the feeling of guilt. When we get to the point of wanting to consume pornography, almost every day, then there is a serious problem. The first thing that can help is to try to find a hobby that you really enjoy and occupy, much of your time. Outdoor activities are good, to keep you away from the computer and pornography and at the same time, health aids. I hope your walk is made of many successes.

    Welcome to the forum. Well done on starting your path in the PMO journey.
    You are correct in every aspect. The society in itself is loaded with sexual gravitas, so distracting the mind is necessary, until the shackles of addiction are gone.
    If you fall, rise up again, and as with everything strive for the best, one day at a time.
