A week of no PMO, and I'm still going...

I found this community on a whim of trying to quit P... again. I dove right in and started a journal less than an hour after finding poking around the site. Somehow, it's been [relatively] easy to stay 'clean' this past week compared to other times I've tried to quit. I'm wondering if it's because of the journals and finally having a community of indiviudals going through the same struggles as myself to connect with. Either way, I'm glad to be PMO free for 7 days. It's a small milestone, but I intend to keep going. I intend on getting P out of my life forever!
