A very difficult challenge !!

Hi Everyone, i am a 31(M) and i have been addicted to PMO and smoking for more than a decade. i have tried to quit both many times but have crashed and burned everytime. It is really difficult for me to get support in my social circle therefore I turned up here to talk and discuss about my problems of PMO and smoking. Today i finally quit both and need your support to keep me motivated. During the course of this very difficult challenge i would be open to any questions that you may have and would try to answer as promptly as i can.
