    If you were to die today and if you had to choose one of the following photographs as THE representation of your whole life, which one would you choose?

    1. A photo of you, standing straight and smiling with a clean, confident air of manliness.
    2. You hunched over with soiled looking skin, glazed eyes and a hand in your underpants.

    The first one. To cut off an unnanatural addiction (such as pmo) always leads to develop new habits, and if you choose to remove all of them, these habits will be more fulfilling for you in the long period.

    Actually, since i reduced fapping i noticed i'm a better man in every way. The road is the right one, i surely wanna grab the life i've ever dreamt, not blaming myself the most of the time unless during fapping.

    You know I wanted to write that I am fine with the 60 days, and do not need sub goals, but right now I have some moderately strong urges to M, which is really strange (resisting it ofc). Maybe it is because i drank some wine or aybe because if i think of PM even in the neagtive sense the thought translates into a drive to do just what I am deterined not to do. Really, really strange.
    So i accept this suggestion, and will report in this first two weeks more often, as it seems I need to monitor myself.

    My ultimate goal is to reach 90 days. Today is day 4. I have done several shorter reboots in the past.

    Tips: 1.watch one of the "epic nofap motivation" vids on YouTube.
    2. Don't sleep in the nude.
    3. Avoid checking email, etc.
    4. Don't be tempted by morning wood

    You've got this!!!!! You're determined and know what's at stake. Stacking up days!

    Yea my weakness has been that I start lots of things, but am unable to finish anything. I have started 5 stories, and thankfully, I didn't post anything since I dropped working on them. I just had no motivation to continue after starting. That's been a recurring theme in my life. :(

    Also, checking in for Day 3. It's been thankfully boring because I stayed in the library most of the evening.

    Day 4 done, just over the halfway point on the 7 day challenge. Another 3 days and it will be time to set the next goal.
    So far I have not had a difficult time, so that might just be delayed in my case as I can't see that I have somehow escaped the hard part of NoFap. I have never really been a guitar person, but I might pull the electronic keyboard out and add it to my routine.

    You have made it to 4 days. That is past the halfway point to a whole week. Now the trick is to just try and keep your mind on other things. If you get tempted, tell yourself that you are strong enough to wait one more day and get yourself busy away from electronics. Before you know it, you'll be there. Then don't celebrate or treat yourself to porn. Only idiots do that. The new trick is to tell yourself on the seventh day that tomorrow is the beginning of week two. Why would I mess that up? Then on day 8, you tell yourself, if I can just avoid this for 3 1/2 days, the next morning will be day 4 and I'm over the halfway mark. If I can just make it 3 more days after that, the next day will start week four. And so forth.

    Congratulations on having your week almost in the bag. Now tell your urges to F off.

    By the way, staying at the library was an excellent idea. Keep yourself in situations where there are lots of things to do and where it's too risky to take a chance to impulse porn.

    Great! Any hobby that you can get serious about. Spend some money on it so you feel like you have an investment.

    Great job. You're going about your business and not obsessing. If you feel urges and can get away from electronics, get away. Run, don't walk. If you can't get away, instead of porn, get on this site and look for someone who is desperate but not getting replies. See if you can use your own experience to give them strength.
