A Progressive Challenge-A different kind of challenge- all levels

    Woot! 16 days is over the halfway mark to a month! Think about that this evening when you ponder whether or not it's worth it to connect hand with electronic device and with you know what. Maybe take precautions. Lock the phone or whatever in the car? Make it difficult. Do 30 crippling knee bends and 50 5 second crunches.

    Day 3 without PMO done and still on target for 7. I am currently putting thought into a hobby or something else to do for when I get bored, as one of my previous solutions for this is the item I am currently avoiding. No real urges or anything so far which means my biggest reason for relapse would be pure boredom. I remember one or two times where I was debating with myself to forget the idea of NoFap, but my curiosity for what is to come next is still a stronger desire.

  5. My goal is 21 days. My last and longest streak was 18 days. I messed this up monday and i've felt really tired and have a lot of brain fog the last two days. But I think this will definitely help, so thanks :emoji_v:

    I'm in! My longest streak was 40 days, now i began the new one two days ago.
    First goal is to reach 7 days, so others five days, now.
    The ultimate goal is to cut totally off porn from my life, in order to reboot, and to wait at least 90 days before have sex with girls, in order to rewire.

    Wow, over halfway to a month already. Keep forging forward. By this time, you've obviously figured out how to keep yourself busy with other more important things. You should start to see a small boost in self-confidence any day. Let us know when that happens!

    Great idea and goodprogress. The first three days are by far the hardest for most guys. Speaking of hobbies, Have you thought about buying a guitar and getting some lessons?

    If you've gone 18 days then you know how worth it this is. Call up all the resolve you have and thank you for showing you're not too proud to jump in at day 1. Remember, you don't have to prove a damn thing to us. This is for you. I think 21 days is an excellent starting goal and I have a feeling you'll be adding more time on to that when the day comes. Day 1 to the new you. Tell your old you to get lost.

    You know some of the benefits and you can't wait to get those back. I think your rewiring goal shows the insight you gained on your last streak. Let's get to 7 and it will steel your resolve and prove to you you can. No sexting, ok?

    I've been where you are and I know how difficult that 7 days can be but I can hear in your words how badly you want this so I think this is the week for you!!
    When thoughts jump in your head, and before they get too far, tell yourself (out loud if you can) to think about something else. And think about some important problem from work. Avoid triggers whenever possible.

    Hey, everyone. If you haven't done your report, don't forget. By the way, I'm sure it's already apparent but I want to assure everyone in my challenge that I'm a real person, not a bot. The reason I started this challenge was to try and help people not go any further down the PM road so they don't have to regret any more time lost. I can't get back the time that I lost to the filth that is P, or all the wasted opportunities for other things because I felt I had to MO all the time. But if I can help others who are desperate to break the cycle of death then at least it will have led to some positive change for my fellow human beings. Remember, though, in the end, you are the one who will do this and you won't need us anymore. That's a good thing. Just be sure to pay it forward. You young guys under 25 and especially under 20, believe me when I tell you that this is one of the single most important things you will do that will alter the rest of your life. All it takes is a few months of no PM.
