Back to 0 on day 8.
Last days have been packed from dawn till dusk. Today first day with some time off.
Challenging myself again for one day at the time.

 

Day 0 of 1. I dated a guy but it ended partly because of my sexual problems
In a way I feel that I know what to do (which is to stop PMO) but at the same time I feel lost. So many years of my life have been lost to PMO and all that it brings with it.

Day 1 of 1. My next goal will be to make it two days. I don't want my old life.

 

Relapsed after 32 days. Back at day 0...
