    8/8 :) over a week, going to do the same again and I'll be half way through a month.
    New goal 16 days. When I'm feeling tempted I come back here first and feel good about the progress I have made.

    To rejoice tomorrow we can stop worrying about what happened yesterday and what might happen today. Live today by accomplishing a goal, even if it's a small thing--as long as it's something that needs doing. Then it won't become tomorrow's regret.

    Congrats on hitting your goal.

    What are some things that make you 'tempted'? And, would there be anything you could do to reduce those temptations?

    Great question, it's nearly always avoidance. I don't want to be doing what I'm meant to be doing, or feeling down about it and part of my brain says 'you know what you could do...'. It's actually being attracted to that automaton feeling the autopilot takes you away for awhile.

    day 50/90. tonight i had a wet dream. my dream was characterized by me looking for P. than all the morning i had the temptation to look the girls to trigger myself, my brain said wet dream is a relapse, it is unuseful to press on with reboot, that PMO is pleasant. i was so thoughtful and a my colleague noticed it. then i said no, it is all a lie, a wet dream is a natural thing, i want to continue my reboot for my life

    I totally agree. I think the more self-conscious you are about what you are doing, then the less you will be in 'autopilot' mode and just fall back into the same habits.

    For me when i play video games and watch TV i go back into this auto-pilot mode. The longer im in it then the bigger the chance of a relapse.

    I've been masturbating and watching porn a lot for the past week (4-5 times a day),
    not because of my 'addiction' or because my body was craving for it
    but because of boredom and because I wasn't sure if I'm really that into NoFap anymore.
    I also noticed that I still experience all those benefits that I had back then when I was on day 47 (at least most of them)
    so it really made me wonder.
    Anyway, I'm starting on day 1 today, hopefully, next time I'll see you guys I'll be on day 20.

    Feeling good. But I felt the same at day 8 for the last few streaks, and then I relapsed around day 10, so it doesn’t mean anything to me at the moment. I’m trying to change my habits, small things, and I hope it gets me out of my comfort zone because I believe that’s a good thing in the battle against PMO.
    True. I’ve experienced that my brain links certain things, like video games, to PMO. 9 out of 10 times I can play video games savely, but that 1 time my brain turns on the auto-pilot mode and then it’s too late.
    Okay, good luck. But please, watch out with underestimating the power of porn. Don’t give it any space.

    Sorry for not being on here for a while. I had a complete mental breakdown and am currently in hospital still. I had some really shit news which sent me on a dark spiral. I am getting the help I need and also finally have access to the internet.

    Being without my phone has been amazing. And is a hige trigger point for me. I am so used to using it for relapse its second nature. But the time away has made me reflect and gain an advantage on trying to beat this.
