A PMO never saved:

A pmo never made me feel like i accomplished anything good, it only brought me sadness and shame.

 

A PMO never helped me... in anything!

 

PMO never helped me improve my artwork

 

- A PMO never gave me intelectual habilites and concentration that I've got only on abstinence periods
- A PMO never gave me good relationships with girls
- A PMO never gave me confidence
- A PMO never gave me a good personality
- A PMO never gave good dreams, but only nightmares with some of them that I can perfectly point as caused by sucubus or another kinds of demons (really...)

 

A PMO never showed me that there was a better life I was missing out on...

 

A pmo never got that cute girl in class to smile at me

 

A PMO never helped me realize the value of physical training during my formative teen age years... (My biggest regret!)

A PMO never saved me from failing my exams 3 times in a row and becoming an utter disappointment to my parents.

Being a parent myself of a (grown) son and a (grown) daughter, i'm pretty sure they will love you no matter what...
Please don't put yourself down because your exams didn't go so well...

You're much more as a person and a daughter than the result of your exams, believe me !

Try to do better next time, and i'm sure losing pmo will only help you do that, so don't be disappointed and keep going on your beautiful streak here, you're already close to 10 days !! Congratulations !

Stay positive dear Sister, you need it so much to succeed here and in life out there, stay strong and never give up on your goals ! You can do this !

 

Thank you very much for those kind words. One really tends to get caught up in that miserable cycle of self-hate and negativity, to the point where I would even think that I don’t deserve my family’s love and support. Hopefully ending this bad habit along with changing other aspects of the way one lives and thinks (more positivity, like you rightly said) will result in a better performance, not just academically, but in life in general.
