I was addicted to porn for 5 years. It gave me severe social anxiety and made me a very shy person. Today, i have completed my 3 months of NoFap today. I strictly started to hate porn because of how it had affected my life and gave me social anxeity.

I also started going to the gym 3 days a week and started eating somewhat healthy. I felt raw energy inside me and more confident than ever before.

Some people had told me that my face was glowing and i looked healthy. This motivated me even more to keep going. People started to pay more attention to me and were interested in me. I had became an overall attractive human being.

Now 3 months in, i fesl strong urges to fap maybe because i haven't been in the gym for 2 weeks and started edging last night.

I will get back on the routine that i had when i first started nofap. May God help me.

  2. Even if you do relapse, don't let it bring you back to your old routine. Just continue on with your new life and don't let anything change it.

  3. I appreciate you being so committed to helping others bro - even though you have your own challenges you still here showing up and helping others - lots of respect to you bro and I trust you too will reach your reboot goals because your super committed. Take care

  4. Hey bro - thanks for sharing about your success - I like to invite you to seriously get 100% clear on what you truly want.

if with all your heart staying away from P is for your highest good then at once make a decision and announce it if you like and stick to it - Just saying that I felt a little bit of a weak resolve and determination by the end of your post,

I like you to regain your confidence, the same strategy you used to get to 3 months you can use to get to whatever goal you like to set for yourself.

Also great job on realizing the things you can do - such as going to the gym. Holding you to this man, don't be too satisfied with the 3 months and fall in to the old way of thinking, get in touch with a bigger vision of your life however you like it to be and then create a new plan to achieve it. We are here to support you too

Yes its slowly started to decrease. I now talk to more people and have good conversations whereas before i had this shame inside me and was very quiet.

Start eating foods fruits and vegetables. Eat foods that have protein and carbohydrates like eggs, oatmeal, brown rice and chicken

Man keep it up, you're doing it very well, you made some really good changes to your life and they're gonna take you far :)
By the way, when you wrote you were eating healthier I remembered something that could be very useful to you, and it's call "flexible diet". If you combine it with your gym routine you'lle get increadible results ;)

Hello my friend, thanks for your post. Please continue your good new Habits. I am sure you will make it. I am new here. I am porn addicted since 35 years. I am now no fapping since 14 days. I never thought this will improve so much my life. Working out helps me a lot to stay away from pmo.
