A continous hard streak or shedueled resetting

    Hallo everybody,
    I am asking for advice, please don't read if you are not in a good mode, i don't want to disappoint you.
    i am suffering from an urge from yesterday and i can't do any work since then, i completed about two weeks on hardway without any intentional triggers "except in streets and work" i am even closing my social media apps not to get any problematic photo or video out of blue.
    Today i am feeling about to give up, and this make me ask this question, is it better to make a continous streak in which you are not obeying your mind in any step "no porn, no mas, no orgasm" or is it better to make it scheduled so you feel like you are in control "for ex. I will stop for 2 weeks and this 2 days free, and then i will stop for a month with 2 days free and so on, the same as you do when you are on a diet?
    Please don't blame me, i feel really weak this moment

    If you still have urges, then you're still addicted.
    You've made great progress so far. If you relapse you will strengthen your pathways that have been starved. This made me even more addicted.
    Be strong today and you will thank yourself tomorrow. You just gotta take day by day. You can do this.

    I will trust you that it will pass. I will take a book to read in public where i can not watch porn. I am really afraid of night when i come back home.
