A 30-Day Attempt

After self-diagnosing with PIED and having no fun with my wife, we have decided a 30-day no-PMO would be a good start. I was willing to do it on my own, but my wife was adamant that we both took part in the trial. I'm already PM free as of (counter below) days ago. She believes that her taking part will help her focus on just us and not everything else that could go wrong. I think it will help me no matter what. I have confidence.

Any tips for a couple that are making their first attempt together?
