95 days into my reboot and something has changed profoundly as of this morning. I have dystonia (involuntary muscle spasms) and after waking I could feel a lot of my tension melting away. Quitting PMO is the best thing I have ever done. I'm still in recovery, but now the door is open.

    Thank you,
I am convinced it is an addiction now. I don't ever want to crawl back down in that hole again.

Man that's great! 95 days is something to be proud of and if it helps you with your dystonia then it's even better!

Well done for getting that far into reboot, that along with the fact you were diagnosed with dystonia is very inspiring.

I was the person who said the other day that I could have the same thing. I am going to mention it to them on next GP visit.

Keep up your amazing no pmo streak, you should be very proud of yourself!

    Thanks,
I have since learned that there is a connection between movement and emotions that is very powerful.
