90 seems to be the norm around here...

    well i made it!! 90 days hard mode PMO free.

    thank you to all of my supporters!!! thank you so so much! i really couldn't have done it with out you guys!! here's what going on.

    - calmness
    - willingness to stick with things
    - mental clarity
    - heightened senses
    - - smell
    - - touch
    - - mental checks

    just an openness to life and willingness to go to those places. i would like to point out that i'm not tied down by anything and these past 90 days have brought up some things that i needed to deal with and that willingness forced me into those pockets. i picked up a hobby of learning a language.. things are looking up...

    day 180...YOURE NEXT!!!!
    keep going guys, it gets better, trust me

    you too! 27 aint bad, thats where you really need to dig in and get some action!!! do something different to your day, walk a different path, say a different sentence, eat one more grain of freaking rice if you need to in order to get that life force back. we are basically starving ourselves inorder to live a better life, why not go to your limit and see what it brings you, thats where im headed...to the gates of hell, its super hard right not and not wanting to do anything but im putting up a fight. you best believe that...

    Keeping the dream alive man, thanks for showing the rest of us its possible. NoFaps weird in that after you pick it up & put down the bullshit, alot of things in your life just start making sense & you realize there's so much work to be done.
